Airtel Digital TV, Dish TV and Tata Sky offers 18 free channels

Airtel Digital TV and Dish TV offers four free channels each including Kids channels while Tata Sky offers 10 channels free to its viewers till the end of National lockdown. A total of 18 channels are offered by these three DTH operators.

A 21-day lockdown period is going on in India to outbreak the COVID-19. During the lockdown, for the entertainment of their viewers, three major DTH operators like Airtel Digital TV, Tata Sky and Dish TV have offered some service channels free to air.

Dish TV and Airtel Digital TV offer four-four service channels free to its viewers while Tata Sky offers 10 service channels free to air.

The users who want to learn skills like dancing, cooking, fitness, education at home, these channels are very useful for them. The content in these channels will be available for kids to senior citizens.

Airtel Digital TV offers four free channels

Airtel Digital TV offers Airtel Curiosity Stream, Aapki Rasoi, Seniors TV and Let’s Dance channels free of cost to its viewers. The famous Indian Chefs providing cooking classes in “Aapki Rasoi” Channel. This channel is available on channel No. 407.

Airtel Digital TV viewers can enjoy hundreds of movie series on space, volcanoes, art, travel, history, cars, dinosaurs, architecture and much more. “Airtel Curiosity Channel” is available on channel No. 419.

Airtel also offers its “Airtel Seniors TV” Channel for the senior citizens of India. The content in this channel is specially made for senior members of society. This channel can be seen on channel No. 323.

The users who want to attend dance classes in this lockdown period at their homes can watch Airtel’s “Let’s Dance” channel free of cost. In this channel, users can learn classical dance like Bharatanayam, Kathak, Bhangra, and also western dance like Jazz, Hip-Hop, Salsa, and contemporary. This channel is available on channel number 113.

Dish TV also offers four free channels

Dish TV viewers will get Ayushman Active, Kids Active Toons, Kids Active Rhymes, and Fitness Active for free of cost. On Ayushman Active channel, the users can enjoy content like classic movies & songs, financial guidance, devotional bhajans, and wellness tips.

This channel is available on channel number 130. The people who are interested in fitness activities can enjoy “Fitness Active” channel on channel number 132.

Dish TV also takes care of children and offered two channels “Kids Active Toons” and “Kids Active Rhymes”. Children can enjoy Hindi and English cartoons on Kids Active Toons at channel No. 956. On the Kids Active Rhymes channel, children can enjoy rhymes in Hindi and English on channel number 957.

Tata Sky offers 10 free channels

Tata Sky viewers will get 10 free service channels. These channels are Dance Studio for dance lovers at channel number 123, Beauty channel at 119 number, Classroom channel on 653 number, Fitness channel for fitness lovers at channel number 110, Vedic Maths at channel number 702, English channel at channel number 660 and 1424, Cooking channel at 127 number, Smart Manager at channel number 701, Fun learn at channel number 664 and 688 and Javed Akhtar at channel number 150.

Tata Sky Emergency Credit Service launched

Tata Sky has also launched a credit facility for its viewers along with free channels, accessible by making a missed call on 080-61999922 from their registered mobile numbers. This service will be very helpful for those people who cannot recharge their accounts due to lockdown or any other problem.

In this service, the users will get an extension of three days. The amount of these three days will be deducted on fourth day or when the user will recharge its account.
