MIUI 12 features an enhanced dark mode, new camera enhancements, new navigation bar and gestures and a totally new notification management system has been revealed by a developer forum.

The Chinese smartphone manufacturer company Xiaomi, launched its newest Android-based operating system MIUI 11 in September 2019. All the major Xiaomi smartphones received MIUI 11 updates till date.
But on 23rd March 2020, Xiaomi has announced that it has stopped production of the MIUI 11 to move the developers to the new MIUI operating system. Although MIUI 12 has yet to hit an official release, some features of the new MIUI have been revealed by a China Developer Forum.
MIUI 12 will bring new navigation bards and improvements along with improved updates of the camera as a next big iterative improvement. As per the forum, the MIUI 12 update will provide Xiaomi users with whole new experience.
However, Xiaomi has not released official statements concerning the update to the new MIUI. Therefore, the final version of some features listed below may not include.

As you know that full-screen display has been introduced in MIUI 10 which was more polished in MIUI 11. MIUI 12 will bring a new IOS like the navigation bar and also new gestures that seem more fluid and smoother than those found on MIUI 11. After the MIUI 12 update, the taskbar at the bottom of the phones will be updated which gives you a feel like IOS.
New Camera User Interface
One of the most important and desired functions in a smartphone is the camera. Every smartphone manufacturer ensures an easy camera interface, so users can click amazing images and create good memories. Xiaomi continually develops lens modules to ensure that user images are perfect. Users get a new camera interface which allows them to easily use all these improved lens modules that Xiaomi will roll out.
Enhanced Dark Mode
Dark mode has been introduced in all Xiaomi phones with MIUI 11 last year. But this version of dark mode has many shortcomings and needs improvement. With the launch of MIUI 12, the dark mode will be more optimized which allows other mobile applications to work better with the dark mode. In new MIUI OS users will experience a perfect and enhanced dark mode in their mobile phones.
Brand New Notification Panel
The MIUI 12 will bring a totally new notification management system. This will look like a recent application panel. This new notification system will give users a better solution to deal with notifications.
More enhanced System-Level services
MIUI 12 comes with system-level services that are deeply integrated and will focus on offering health services to users, which MIUI 11 has already started.
